We use a custom-built CNC machine, designed by our summer student Chandler, to create precise foam inserts.
This approach lets us adapt quickly to product updates and customer-driven improvements without relying on costly foam injection molds. Each package is crafted from 18x18x1-inch foam sheets, cut into layers, and stacked to fit snugly around our products—providing top-tier protection at a reasonable cost.
For example, our latest X1 Plus, launched in December 2024, requires eight sheets for perfect fit and maximum protection. This method ensures our products arrive damage-free while maintaining flexibility for design changes.
