Chris D. Horton Legacy Sniper Competition 2024
Every year, Rev Tac (along with Contact Front) hosts the Chris D. Horton Legacy Sniper Competition in honor of our fallen brother Chris D. Horton.
This year, we were graciously invited to join the event and watch our moving targets in action, during the competition.
October 27th: Final Day at Verzani Farms
The last day of the competition at Verzani Farms begins bright and early at 8 am, as teams face the final four stages. Competitors will take on moving targets from challenging positions, extreme long-range shots up to a mile, and aim for first-round hits under intense pressure.
This stage emphasizes life-saving skills and threat engagement, a true test of a sniper’s expertise.
As the action winds down around noon, attendees can look forward to the Award Ceremony, celebrating top performances and memorable moments from the competition. By 3 pm, the event will conclude, closing out an exciting weekend of skill and camaraderie.
